The sealing bags for egg profiled pipelines offer the opportunity to also seal sewer pipelines which are egg-shaped as well as the more frequent round shape. Reliable sealing of this type of pipeline is not possible with round bags due to the fact that the lower end (sole) has a smaller radius and therefore does not seal one hundred percent.
The egg profile sealing bag is made of a sturdy rubber material which is seamless and has high expansion characteristics.
A longitudinal expansion of the bag is avoided owing to the design.
Egg profiled sealing bags are made in five standard sizes and therefore fit into all normal egg profiled piping channels.
