We offer repair service as well as a preventive maintenance program on our products. With our extensive parts inventory we are usually able to fix any problems on site. If we should have to take a tool back to our office, we give you the peace of mind to know that we have a loaner tool program. Just like rescue personnel never leave a man behind or stranded, we will not leave you stranded! We do not want you to have to be out of service. We keep an extensive inventory of loaner equipment just to make sure your department will be covered.

Our preventive maintenance program is done annually for most customers. In some cases training academies and busy fire departments may opt to maintain their tools every 6 months. Are you a department that is not presently a Hurst Customer and can’t get your tools serviced or repaired? Give us a call and we will be more than happy to bring you a set of Hurst equipment to keep your department in service. Keep it till you are able to have yours repaired free of charge.
